Performance
Whether you face a long commute every day or you just want to save money at the gas pump, the 2026 Kia Sportage Hybrid is right for you with its 41/44/42 MPG city/hwy/combined5 fuel efficiency rating. That’s when the vehicle is configured in the standard FWD format, but the available AWD6 exchanges some of the gas mileage for better driving capabilities. For example, this model gets better handling and stability while traveling in that setup, and it obtains the available Terrain Modes system, including Snow, Sand, and Mud. They come in addition to the standard Eco, Sport, and MyDrive selections. Every version of this compact SUV uses a standard 1.6L turbocharged 4-cylinder engine with a full parallel hybrid system, creating a total of 232 horsepower and 271 lb.-ft. of torque for engaging rides.
Exterior
Considering the overall design of this vehicle, it’s clearly made with capability in mind. Its athletic stance and 8.3 inches of available ground clearance are there to assure the owners and passersby alike that it’s prepared for a quick ride to Herff Park or a much longer excursion.
